Very good flexible cordless phone. A bit hard to register to the base when first arrives.
It's not "better than expected, really. It's as good as I expected.
My main minor bitch is that when you get a used or refurbished one that has previously been registered ... no matter how briefly... on a base station you don't currently have that it takes quite some digging to find the directions to de-register it from the "missing" base. It's not hard to do. It's just hard to find the directions. But if you can't DE-register it from its old base there's no way to register it on your own base station.

As expected. Not much to say. It's a simple part at a not too outrageous price, came fast, and fits right.

Topic and content is interesting, but not "in depth" and written as if for 6th graders.
The writing is clear enough, but to me, though surely unintentional, seemed to be talking down, as if I was a 5th grader.
I imagine this may not be a limitation of the writer, but perhaps and intended level and style for a series of booklets under the name "Unsolved."
