Horrible product! Would not be a value at .99 cents.
I like the color and packaging of this product but sadly, that's about it. The product is very small, and is very sticky after application. I thought it would become less sticky the longer it sat on my skin but it just remained sticky. A good example of just how awful it is, it felt as though I had rubbed honey into my skin! Because I love the color so much and it looks wonderful on my very pale skin I really want to love this, I even tried "setting" it with some finishing powder. At least my hair stopped sticking to my face, but it ruined the very nice color. I would never buy this again...ever.
