Great little phone but may be outdated in 2020 when service is cut off to 3G
We're not Smart phone users. Retired and on a budget. Bought this to replace the same phone that died in the washing machine. We have an old pre-paid minutes plan with Verizon, which is no longer available. They couldn't switch our old plan over to this new phone at the Verizon store. Then we called customer service. They finally agreed to switch so we could keep our pre-paid dollar amount, and keep on adding dollars to this phone. But that is not their policy. They wanted us to upgrade to a newer, more expensive monthly plan. As for the phone, we really like the size of this phone. Hard to find a small, smooth, flip phone. Works fine for talking. It's an emergency phone. So we're happy. (Texting is a pain.) But when Verizon discontinues 3G service, this phone may no longer work. We've gotten conflicting replies about this from several different employees. Great phone, just sorry that the pre-pay minutes plan is no longer available for new users. Their cheapest plan is $30 a month now. We average about $6 a month with our old plan (we don't talk a lot). That's why they want to switch us over. Might have to switch to Tracfone when that finally happens.

Very pleased with price and I have my radio back.
It seemed to do the job. Looked original. It was fairly easy to install if you follow instructions on the internet. The radio works now. I'm happy. It was considerably cheaper than Lexis' price.

Went bad after 2 months
1 of 2 found this helpful Thought I'd save money by buying this OEM and installing it myself. At first, it worked great, but within 2 months, it went bad. I then had to pay to get the work done along with buying a new part, and am out the price of this part. Maybe it was my own fault somewhere along the way, but I'd not risk it again. I was told that this often happens with these parts because they are not synced with the car, like the ones Lexus sells. Hope others have better luck.
