  I never received the item I won off auction. Transaction was canceled later and the reasoning was "out of stock or damaged". I had to reach out to the seller for explanation as they didn't communicate at all to me before the cancellation or after. Seller mentioned items got damaged because of a flooded basement. Personally I would think good customer service would've included a message prior before the order was canceled explaining the tragic event, but maybe they didn't feel it was necessary.
