Interferes with USB 2.0 port

On toshiba satellite with USB 2.0 ports it causes wireless mouse to be erratic. Tried using mouse adapter on the computer's usb port as well as this hub but same results. Remove the hub and mouse works fine. I will try a usb 2.0 compatible hub. This hub may work fine on a newer computer, I dunno.
