Return requested but the form won't work
I ordered this part, it does not fit. When i requested a return label, they sent an automated reply to fill out a form to get the return label. I'm from canada, the form asks for a zipcode and does not recognize my postal code so will not bring up the order to return it. I've explained the problem twice and just continue to get the same reply. Obviosly nobody reads the mails, they just send the same reply. I'm sure the product is ok, it was the product # my mechanic stated for my car, but it will not fit. Perhaps the mechanic was mistaken, the car is a hearse, so it is not on any of the lists that are provided to check if a part fits.
