Not happening again
1 of 2 found this helpful The screen is not cracked its shattered the screen ...you can see the point of impact but its literally spidered..Improper packaged could have been the issue as well..very little paper and bubble wrap. I do NOT recommend buying from them. Not happy at all it was for my mom as a gift and this is totally unacceptable.
