  You are allowed to ask to cancel after you buy but the seller doesn't have to agree to the cancellation request, even if they haven't shipped it yet. That's eBay's. Sorry, I as a seller am not obligated to cancel your order. You have nothing to report. Next time you can try search - sort by - lowest item shipping price. That works well for me its not the sellers fault that you found another squishmallow at a lower price.

  You’re clearly just slimy, nasty, greedy. Your business practices are disgraceful. I am a seller myself on another platform, and have NEVER failed to cancel an order at someone’s request when reasonable. I was nothing but reasonable and you have been nothing but nasty. The squish was poorly squashed into a tiny box with ZERO protective wrapping, waiting to be easily damaged in transport. Not a buyer’s fault if your overpriced dirty items get damaged in transport due to your poor petty packing.
