They're NOT all the same and according to the label this one uses less sodium than the others.

While all of these "kippered" snacks are generous with their use of salt this brand uses less than most others. King Oscar's popular brand has over 800 MG of sodium (that's no misprint it shows over 800 MG's on the label!!) per can while this one has 100 according to the label. Eating wise I like this one probably best of any I've tried. I'm on the Washington coast so seafood abounds here and I've had some excellent local seafood here. I purchased this case that has 18 cans for an excellent price and it was lightning fast at getting here as well. So right into the pantry it went. Thumbs up - WE LIKE IT!!!!!

Tasty, High Quality Honey That's Worth The Price!

I use honey mostly to sweeten my morning coffee or other health teas throughout the day. I usually buy a certain variety but lately I've been looking for an increase in both flavor and price to make sure I get it. Being the first time I've purchased this brand I'm completely happy that this brand tastes so good and it's a great buy for such high quality. 3 pounds will last some time too. So if you're looking for a great tasting honey at a slightly higher price point I'd be happy recommending YS Eco Bee Farms Raw Honey to you. Hey if it wasn't so tasty they wouldn't sell so much so taste it and then tell your family and friends how good it is!!
