2 of 2 found this helpful It can go roughly as low as ~80 Hz, so no, it is not a sound bar that delivers stunning audio effects when watching movies. Sounds are pretty obviously not surrounded as well. However, for the price I paid, this upgrade from TCL TV's built-in speakers totally worth every penny. Dialogues get the most pronounced improvement, which I think is the most important aspect of a TV speaker. Not being able to get to lower frequencies is kind of a pro to me, who lives in an apartment and doesn't want to bother neighbors.
