Perfect Permanent Mount
1 of 1 found this helpful This mount works very well. Fits like stock mount (I have an Escort Max II ). I mounted above my mirror. Since this mount is relatively small, it fit when the sticky mount that came with the detector would not. Adhesive is holding. Held on Hot days and now is lasting in high teen temperature.
If you need a permanent type mount, this is the one to use. It is the right price and quality. If I need one for another car, this will be the one I buy.

It does what it does, and does it well
1 of 1 found this helpful It is a simple device, and it works just like it is supposed to. I am using it on a desktop power supply I made so I can test and use 12V devices that have the power plug (Like Phone Chargers). It installed easily, works like it should. No drama. If you need an auxiliary power outlet, this is a good device. Just keep in mind that the diameter hole this requires is slightly larger than the older style cigarette lighter (ones with a metal jacket). But if you can make your own hole or enlarge the one there already, it will work. DO NOT USE THIS WITH A CIGARETTE LIGHTER. It is plastic, and would melt from the heat. For use as a power plug, though, it is ideal.

Looked Different, worked the same!
Was a little nervous as replacement was different color and slightly different in shape. However, after looking closely at old unit, the new unit did fit and work perfectly. So great price, harness and switches despite appearance connected and fit perfectly (although differently). Was resealed in package, but item was new and unused. Stove if fixed, burners light better than ever. Very happy.
