Waisted a month waiting on an Item which was listed as "IN STOCK", and stated to have been shipped. Only through my checking did USPS confirm that they had NEVER recieved a package to be shipped. Refund is "Suppose" to happen but not holding my breath. Use this seller if you like but watch closely!! I do not recommend and will not use again. CAUTION !!!

This seller doesn't give full refunds, and didn't want the item back. The mortar pump doesn't work, I have good experience with mortar/concrete. The seller haggled with me about the amount to be refunded, and didn't want the item returned. In the end I received less than half of what I paid, and have a junk mortar pump to put in the trash.
