Would not honor 5 yr. Warranty
I contacted this supplier and followed their guidance on care, storage, and usage. After 5 months of use noticed that the insulating bubbles were NOT REMAINING INTACT TO THE SURFACE. Sent photos for verification. Not our first cover for our 35 years of spring to fall swimming. Their quality didn't live up to their advertising. Unacceptable response to warranty requests.
