  I don’t like to leave negative feedback, but when the seller doesn’t resolve the issue after it’s been explained, then what else does a customer have left to do? I bought a cello for my son back in December and received a beautiful instrument with a damaged bow. The hair pulled out as soon as we played it. I reached out to the seller and received a response that she would replace the bow. It’s been a month and a half now and we still have not received it.Lessons have been delayed and it’s usless
