Kenwood transceivers 430/440
The mic is too sensitive for these radios causing over modulation and alc issues. These radios have mic preamps and don't require such a sensitive mic.

Difficult to assemble.
Extremely difficult to install. After breaking both retaining washers, I drilled a hole in the visor shaft and used a cotter pin to hold everything together.

Delco Chevrolet knock sensors
2 of 3 found this helpful My 2005 Tahoe had the infamous obd code 332 (knock sensor is malfunctioning). I replaced both with a replacement wiring harness. My replacements were bought at the local auto parts store. They were not delco. They both failed very soon after installed. I have removed the intake manifold now 4 times. Finally, I bought the ac delco sensors (on line) and installed them. Thus far so good. I have driven several hundred miles. Here's hoping they last. Local repair shops recommend installing them on the engine somewhere other than than beneath the intake manifold.
