Laser lens fell off somewhere.

Laser lens fell off somewhere along the line. You would think considering how important the lens is, they would find a better way to secure it. Replacement lenses are too expensive to repair the unit.

Good beginner guitar, bad cord.

Good beginner guitar, but the cord is awful. Replace the cord with a Donner Pro cable and most static and hum is gone. Toss the original cord.
