A bargain

Fit and finish is excellent with very strong construction. 3 mm (.125") thick base; 2 mm (.080") walls all in powder coated black aluminum makes attractive cases. Good use of rivets and good welds. Top opens from either end and has keyed locks. Gaskets from top to base appear good, but time will tell how waterproof they are. Attachment hardware for other gear is riveted to the top and appears substantial. Corner protection at all corners appears to be substantial. The mounting system to their additional frame fits very tight. The only negative is lack of direction or a simple drawing for attachment of the frame to GS. Having never been around a GS before I wasted quite a bit of time until I found the excellent Touratech Utube that precisely shows how the hardware mounts. After that--no problem. Everything fit nicely. At $600 for the pair of cases v. over $1000 for the name brands, this is a bargain investment. Complete with frame work, it's still under $800.

Replaces leaking O rings

This works well if you follow the U Tube video for replacing these parts. Without it you're on you your own to figure out what goes where and many O rings are somewhat hard to reach. Using these parts helped my Gaggia Titanium.
