Great Book
This was just what I was looking for. It is a great resource for a specific real estate niche. I like the way the author lays out a formula but then uses an example to illustrate how it works and why a formula might be important to you as an investor. He also explains things from the perspective of a lender so you get a better idea of how the process works and what to look for in a property. Highly recommended.
