Effective and tasteless. Great product for MTHFR gene mutation!
1 of 1 found this helpful I waited 6 months before posting a review to have an accurate one. Taking two before bed- I have had no bad side effects. Taking them in the morning I had a few side effects, such as mild irritability and slight nausea. Noticeable difference in mood and general health. I take these coupled with Methyl-Cobalamin(B12). I have more energy and have started to lose weight because of my regulated thyroid. Before I got these, I had a couple ongoing symptoms that were alarming and never got them checked out. I started taking these and they went away. Coincidence? Possibly... They were heart palpitations/flutters coupled with a tightened chest. Glad those are gone.

Very bad...
Terrible product... They look cute from the pictures.... until you turn them over.... As you can see in the pics, they only show you one side of them. That is because it has 'made in china' indented on the other side.
