Just like movie popcorn!
Love this popcorn machine. It is easy and fun to make popcorn just like what you find at the movie theater. Shipped and arrived fast but only a couple of issues. One was that one wheel had bearings missing, therefore it would not fit on sturdy, so the company shipped out another wheel right away. Then after that was taken care of and able to use the machine, after first use, noticed that there was rust around the top canopy edges...very visible though upon cleaning of the machine! Contacted the company again, sent pictures and they resent us a new canopy for the machine. We just received the canopy since it was on back order but the company did send us free popcorn to make up for the issues we had. Now we just need to replace the canopy to use it again but at least the first batch we did make previously was excellent tasting!! Would definitely recommend this product through this company though...very helpful and nice representatives that we dealt with, therefore, very happy with our purchase!
