  I ordered a pendant, but when the package arrived, only the mesh bag was inside—no pendant. The envelope was slightly torn, but I received it sealed. I contacted the seller, but they insisted the pendant was included and refused to help. Disappointed with the response and lack of resolution. I would have happily paid a bit more for a thicker, more secure envelope to ensure safe arrival. Would not recommend.

  The pendant was within a drawstring mesh bag upon postage which was received by the buyer. I don’t see how it could disappear in transit? Unsure what the buyer wanted me to do? DISAPPOINTED WITH FEEDBACK AS ALWAYS HAD A 100% RECORD OVER MANY YEARS PREVIOUS TO THIS BUYER. NEGATIVE BUYER IMO.
