Line Counters to modify your exsisting reel
1 of 1 found this helpful Its a relatively inexpensive way to change your reel to count out line. I have 6 poles set up at any given time with counters on them. The lighted feature is nice but it is easy to accidentally trip the switch . Then next thing you know ,the battery is dead. Also , they eventually do go bad . The gears inside come apart . With constant use they may last a season . Although , i have had some last a few seasons. One other issue is while fighting a fish and the pole hits the side of the counter. Next thing you know the counter is in the water and they don't float. for these reasons i carry a couple extra. Overall the counter works better than other snap on counters i have used.

Limited V-8 with quadra-trac traction

Dislikes: Fuel consumption, Mainly from V-8 & quadra track all time 4 wheel drive
