Good stuff if you can find it.
JBC is very much to my taste. I have a constant supply on draught in a Cornelius Keg. I use a four month brewing cycle, one month in primary fermentation, one month racked and one month in the keg prior to tapping. A brew lasts the family about a month. As this is consumed primarily with meals, particularly Sunday roasts I do not want too strong a flavour so I dilute the brew to 25 litres but throw in an extra kg of brewer's sugar.
Unfortunately, for some unknown reason, supply of JBC kits has totally dried up in Ireland and I think that I was lucky to find a UK supplier on eBay. This, of course, results in increased shipping charges for me which add a further 50% to my costs. Them's the breaks.

Does what it is meant to do. Good build quality. Amazing price.

It works.
It does what is required of it. Price was reasonable. Dispatch was prompt. Regarding "durable"? I bought this to replace the original one that failed. Only time will determine durability.
