An awesome stone - highly recommended!
This stone is superb for sharpening our kitchen knives - I am getting a very sharp edge that lasts well and can be easily honed for a quick adjustment. It seems to be enough just having this one stone - and because it is a splash and go stone I am able to quickly get into action, when I need to! The size if fantastic, it really helps with large knives, but also with the feeling of confidence in handling the knives as they contact the large surface.
