Replaced my 50 yr. old player that had quit 2 years ago.
It is always hopeful that you will be dealing with an honest seller and I feel I did. My only
disappointment was that I cannot remove the cord. My old Panasonic came with a cord that could be plugged into the recorder (or not). I use it with batteries most often so having to drag the player
around with the cord attached is very inconvenient. I wish I had known that before ordering. The
sound is good; the volume control can create some static while being adjusted but I am trying to
work with that. I hope that does not show up when recording. I do realize that this is a used
player - so was happy to find one that was in fairly good shape.

This is exactly the Combo I was hoping for!
I have watched VHS tapes each night - going through them so I know which tapes to keep for transferring to DVDs, and which to throw away. The remote was included and everything is working as well as I could have hoped.
