Great all rounder :)

Lots of exercises and helpful instruction up to and including grade 5 Each grade is divided into three levels (of increasing difficulty) with four sections each Rhythmic exercises / Melodic exercises / Prepared pieces / Going solo I counted about 46 exercises just on grade 1 reading alone! And the book carries on like that for every grade. Grade 5 has 23 exercises - But they are long at 12 up to 16 bars each Really worth it for anyone up to and including grade 5

Clear, large text and all in the original keys

I was wary about spending so much on a book but when I received it I was pleasantly surprised. Not only are the music notes large and clear but it has all the words and the correct chords for each song in it's original key. So it useful for lead playing, singing and accompaniment. Very thick and heavy on the music stand but there are a lot of songs in it :)) I'm not sure why Ebay asks if it is compelling, or not!!! But it is a very useful tool to help me learn to sight read.
