Voltage drops to zero

Bought 4 of these. Charged them using a new factory Ridgid charger. Used one to power a Ridgid X4 work radio. After 1 minute the battery voltage dropped to zero . Tried again on another radio: same problem. Tried a different battery: same defect. Returning for refund.
