Very poor quality
I had this TV for about 2 1/2 years and at first I thought it was a pretty good TV. It did what I wanted it to do as far as gaming and video wasn't the best but satisfied my needs. The sound was ok as well but if you don't mind buying another TV in about two years this one might satisfy you. Less than a year of owning this TV the LED backlights began to burn out. By the second year half the screen was dark and I also started seeing 3 inch dark streak on the screen that had nothing to do with the LED's burning out. I use to love LG products but I switched to Samsung because this is the second Webos LG TV that I purchased within the last 5 years and each time it was the same issue. LG use to stand for quality and I bought an LCD LG back in 2010 and it's still going strong. After the last two TV's I've given up on them and switched to another manufacturer. A TV should last 5 years minimum and LED bulbs usually last forever. I have computer monitors that I had for 10 years and they are still as bright as when I first got them. This TV came from this seller below but it was brand new out of the manufacturers box. This TV was not pre-owned by no means so I don't know why it states that under my review. I don't buy used TV's.

The controller works well. I lost or misplaced my original one and this one was like brand new. It's like I never lost mine. This one had no problems, looks great and works well.
