Soft as butter.
I bought a set of these online. They were super cheap $500 for 2 steer tires. They don't hold up to the weight on the front of a semi truck. They started cupping out within 2 weeks.
I don't know how much weight is on the front of an RV but my truck rides on average around 10000lbs -11000lbs on the steers. If you are running in a lightweight application they probably will be fine.

Great steers
If you’re looking for a good quality steer tire GT Radial is right there with the best. They’re made by the same folks who make IRC motorcycle tires.
I put a set on my Freightliner and ran them for 2 years.

Cast Iron
These are made of solid cast iron. Super heavy!! Useless!! Its easier to use regular tire spoon/bars. The real tire changer "gold fork" is made of aluminum. This thing is so heavy you can't manipulate it to use it.
