Negatives: NOT "30 cup", but same old 18 cup fragile plastic PUR pitcher was replacing. Price unbeatable on new "mass palate item", as seller said, BUT since only shipped in WalMart-type store-shelf factory retail-box & NO extra boxing/packing to courier travel- arrived with lid chipped off 1.5" on back, could only fix w/fiberglass cloth & epoxy.   Listing said it would be shipped USPS Priority but seller shipped it using the much cheaper and slower USPS Parcel Select. When I pointed this out to the seller, they said they did it because it was cheaper. Uh… duh? Then they shouldn’t have listed it with Priority shipping. Poorly packaged. They just used the original box alone with no additional packaging. I was lucky it arrived intact.
