Personal Experience with ECCPP
These LEDs are certainly better than HIDs and live up to its promise.
If you have after market LEDs in your headlights for DRLs, you should get these to compliment them... as in my set of aftermarket headlights, the HIDs generated so much heat, they damaged the surrounding smaller LEDs and left me with a $400+ dent in my pocket.
The quality of light is pure and has nearly no impact to oncoming traffic at night. You also get the feel of driving during comfortably with these and so far there's no issue with lighting when it's raining.
I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking to convert from halogen or HID bulbs... I've been using HIDs for nearly 10 years and I only wanted to test the LEDs to solve my issue as described above. The results were impeccable and I have a new set of headlights with LEDs for my IS250.

Great Amplifier, but refurbished and some minor issues
Overall, the device has some intermittent issues, but works as expected.
