  Latex ballons ordered (3 weeks in advance of occassion), packaged badly in white paper envelope damaged in transit. Ballons appeared undamaged. 10m ribbon had not been included as per sale particulars. Contacted seller who wanted a picture as evidence, picture sent including date of party an when item needed for. Short response advising will be sent received from seller. To date no ribbon has been received had to purchase elsewhere. Poor customer service, poor product would not recommend
