Nope not for me
I thought this book would cover a few alternatives such as other supplements to try or a change in your diet, but it strictly deals with breathing exercises as a method to reduce hot flashes. I did try the breathing exercises, but they do not work for me. I don't have time when I am at work to concentrate on my breathing when I have to concentrate on working.

Chain rusts detaches from flower and falls into the drain
I used it exactly 3 weeks. It rusted and fell apart. Now I have to detach the pipes underneath the sink to get the chain that detached from the flower. What a waste of money !

Great deal for multi-functional light
This light works great for my pedal cart. I love the different tones for the horn.
