Strings
Great bass. Great feel. Great price. Please, please, please stop shipping fretless basses with roundwounds. They will damage the fingerboard. They either need flatwounds or nothing. I owned a very similar stagg bass 15 years ago and this one feels better by far - weight, feel, everything. I’ve owned a Stagg EUB too and was very pleased with it as well. It paid for itself many times over with gigs.

Beautiful sound hole cover. Doesn’t fit my guitar which has a standard sound hole. Yamaha classical guitar. It would look nice if it fit. Now it’s been relegated to coaster duty. Eh, whatever…

Bass use
I used a Fishman Platinum Pro with my Realist soundclip before and i almost liked my amplified sound. Seems like the Headway with its hi+ impedance setting and ability to mix mic and piezo in one box is better from the gate. Not to bash the Fishman, but I’m getting a sound I really like now. Definitely worth it.
