This stuff works and works fast!

This elixir works. I will wake up with a severe leg or foot cramp and almost faster than walking across the room to work out the cramp - a good swig of this remedy and the cramp fades and stops and I go back to sleep, like it never happened. I know that drinking water and magnesium help me not get cramps but this Old Amish Remedy WORKS! I'm a dancer, I know!
