On July 17, seller advised they had accidentally sent my item to someone else and would send the item in a few days when they received more product. I sent follow up messages to the seller on August 5 and August 14 asking when I would be receiving the item and did not receive responses. I asked Ebay to get involved and my funds were refunded the same day.
