  This item was sent with USPS. It is lost in their system in either Dallas or Chicago. They have not been able to locate it in 3 weeks on a lost mail search. I had the same thing happen with another commercial shipper. They've been supposedly investigating for 2 weeks and I haven't heard from them either. So it isn't just the post office that loses items. The seller mailed the item promptly but once it left their hands it's out of their control. I have no problem with this seller at all.

  Cheers! Can always tell when someone has longstanding experience with ebay and I appreciate your buyer/seller empathy. TBH I think shipping things around the month of July, things tend to get more lost or delayed. Thanks for understanding!

  the panda came in perfect condition and looked better in person! paying 15% off from the original website was definitely a steal! however i never got a response from the seller at all during the process =(. my package took almost a full week to get shipped out (including weekends), so i was getting worried about the package since this seller usually ships in about 3-4 days. but overall, i think the seller is truthful about the quality of their items! =)

  Hey there! Usually I take the time to reply to EVERYONE so I apologize. Once an item is purchased, labeled, and then handed to the post office or drop box, it is out of the SELLERS hands until the LABEL is scanned. It's kind of a toss up (every so often) that a label does NOT GET SCANNED the day of or even for a whole week when it's in the hands of the postal service. Unfortunately, you got the short end of the stick and realistically I do not own nor run a postal service company. Cheers! <3

  Item received quickly, but wasn't packaged very well. I would suggest seller uses packing material in the future (such as bubble wrap or packing paper) to keep items safe. However, I did receive the item quickly, and it is in new condition. Thank you!
