Not sure if it's the fault of this item ...
Not sure if it's the fault of this item but when recording my record, the audio clipped a lot even when I turned down sensitivity. Might just be a mastering issue on the record. Still, if you just need to digitize something then this provides a decent enough quality and records in Stereo with the right setup.

Good paperweight.
0 of 1 found this helpful It uses a SAS cable so I wasn't able to use it. I didn't even know hard drives using anything but SATA existed so I wouldn't have thought to look and make sure it was a SATA hard drive. Just leaving this review so I don't kept getting emailed to review it. It weighs down on paper pretty good. I can't comment on its intentional use.
