Hidden expense not justified. Very unhappy.

I used the program to file an extension and was annoyed that I was charged $19.95 to file an extension. This should have been included in the purchase price. I felt as if I was held hostage, having to pay the fee to be able to file the extension. This was wrong.

It's good for an inexpensive unit.

Nice unit, works well, only has 24 hour time clock. ( military time) no option for standard 12 hr time.
