    Item not received by date 11/20 mentioned. Shipping was too much for a 4 oz item Item stuck in Jacksonville, Florida for over a week! Seems suspicious that an Item that weighs 4oz cost $4.99 for shipping, more then cost of item $3.99. Gets detained at Jacksonville, Florida for over a week. People could make money, by holding item for a return, and make money off item off shipping??

    Item bought 11/19 and shipped the same day via USPS Ground advantage. USPS shows package received and in transit. Sometimes packages are slow getting through the Jacksonville hub. Travel distance is over 1350 miles to buyer. The auction did not mention or offer next day delivery. Actual shipping costs were $5.13, which were a little more than buyer paid.
