Saved on insurance
Fantastic value. The cost of this dashcam plus a microSD card was less than the extra discount I got from my Insurers. However, the instructions supplied are not clear and it took a few goes to get it set up correctly. The actual device is a little flimsy but once installed in the car you don't need to touch it unless you're involved in an incident and want the recording.

Just like the original
Has all the same buttons as the original. Worked immediately. Did not require any codes or programming.

New life for old work horse
Battery is a direct replacement for the original and comes with 75% charge so it can be used immediately. Note the instructions for charging to get maximum capacity - discharge to 5% before first charge.
For an old laptop that could not hold any charge and needed to be plugged in, it is now portable again. It's not quite the capacity of the original but it works and is great value.
