Simple delicious food from real Italian nonnas
After checking it out from the library, I knew that I must have this special book! If you ever wondered how actual Italian nonnas can make such delicious food from the most simple of ingredients, you will enjoy this book.

Official replacement part leaves a lot to be desired
Although these are official manufacturer's replacement part, I would have expected that Kitchenaid would have designed a better beater. My mixer, a gift, came without this most essential part. So, when they arrived, it surprised me that they were so short. Longer ones would have more depth and move batter more efficiently.. These don't have much reach in a bowl of ANY depth - such that it creates a need to frequently stop to scrape the entire bowl including the bottom.
