  Rod received damage during shipment , parts of the reel missing. I sent back got refund for original purchase price but Seller will not refund my shipping charges $ 37.35. So I had to pay shipping charges to return item that was packaged poorly and damaged ? Thats NOT RIGHT ?

  Stay away from this seller!!! I haven’t given negative feedback in more than 10 years but this one needed to be left. Item no where even close to condition described it looked liked it was taken out of the garbage or a landfill when I received it totally unsatisfied. Also very expensive shipping but shipped the cheapest possible method also not packed well and took awhile to ship and receive. Not a pleasant expirience all the way around with seller.
