  Arrived with damaged drum. The item was not as described and it was obvious it was not from the shipping. It was not able to print a good copy and seller blamed me for the damage.

  Client had the unit 34 days before advising there was an issue. The photos showed a hit on the drum (probably from taking the drum out & reinstalling it), It was described as sold as is making excellent prints. We offered to repair or replace the drum if shipped back to us out of good will. The client wanted a drum sent to him first (suspicious). 2 hours later the client put in a claim through ebay which was denied (34 days is way too long) instead of sending the drum for repair or replacement.
