Comfortable plugs for sleeping
1 of 1 found this helpful im very sensitive to noise when it comes to sleeping at night. Usually my siblings come from work at night so it gets noisy same with the dogs barking so i would get really frustrated. they would wake me up in the middle of the night and ruin my sleep so i had to figure something out. when i tried this ear plugs on, my god it made a huge difference. i couldn't hear anything at night and it would help me sleep through out the night. the plugs are soft and spongy so it wouldn't bother me at all. When you put them on you first have to twist and curl the foam and put it in your ear and than let it expand. it expands in your ear like a sponge so thats when it blocks all the noise when the plugs expand in your ears. they are great
The cons are that if you think of using them for sleep you will have to get use to the feeling of sleeping with these foams there are times that it does get a little itchy so you'll have to take them off and scratch inside. You could also lose them quick if your not careful.
