3 of 6 found this helpful Quality ends at the glass panels that catches your eye. The installation is "highly" difficult and frustrating for even the professional. The instructional videos are confusing, time consuming, and lack the difficulty of assembly into a corner as required. It's easy to assemble in a warehouse when you can walk around the complete shower. The plumber insisted on permanent base placement with concrete to allow rigidity of the drain. (Less movement). This means working from inside the shower and placing the panels one at a time. It looks very nice when completed until you install the top panel that is so light and flexible (cheap). The wiring of the top components to the control panel are color coded but don't match up. Some are black to red, yellow to blue etc... making no sense. The wiring is short at the control and doesn't reach the components. There were no wires or connectors to the radio speaker, the fan is useless, the led's are nice but that's about it. I could go on further. E-bay should remove this product. No paper instructions whatsoever.

Good quality and looks nice. No instructions about where the spacers go. It's only obvious when the backrest is available or purchased.
