Good coffee

It is a good coffee I roast just until after first crack. This coffee needs a few days (4 or more)to rest after roasting before it develops it full body and flavor . It is a very earthy tasting coffee.

A very good coffee

This is my first time roasting coffee. I'm just using a cast iron skillet to roast and the coffee is great. I'm roasting 30 seconds into second crack. The coffee has a very full earthy body that in my opinion really improves about 2-3 days after the roast . It smells like heaven when you open the jar that it's stored in. Everyone that likes a full body coffee should try this one
