Just buy them already!
Stop debating and just do it. Great quality ear muffs for the $$. I own both these and the Walker Razors. Yeah the Walker Razor ear cups a little thicker, but the sound quality is 10x better with the Howard Leights in my opinion. There is no crackling or echoing when the db levels get high.

Nothing better than these.
Overall outstanding sights for the $$. Yeah they cost a little more if you can't find a deal, but they are worth every penny. I have these on several of my other pistols. I also like the fact that they are still tall enough to co-witness through my RMR.
