Very Reluctant To Try ANOTHER St.Johns Wort
My Cabinet that holds my supplements is Full of bottles and vials and pills a d capsules of St.Johns Wort that has NOT effective.
This One is the perfect amount
doesn't upset my stomach and caused no irritability.I use 2 per day and have great mood stability.
