Pro force 40l recon assault pack

The overall quality is good but the straps are somewhat thin and the pack is light witnout any viable back support, the zips are good and the para cord pulls are very functional. The dividing material of internal back pocket where a water bladder can be used could be of the same material as the pack with some form of velcro fastening, I like the waist band but some way of fastening the surplus straps when pulled in tight, could be devised. Perhaps the pack could also be made of 1000 denier instead of the 600 as specified, which would obviously give it a slightly higher cost if one wanted to buy a slightly more expensive version. Maybe some additional straps could be included to help attach extra equipment if needed otherwise not bad for the price and a Chinese product.

Highlander 35l Spec Ops Pack

The design is straightforward with good access to each compartment, the zips are very good and there are plenty of molle attachments. I like the back padding and waist band but I have modified the straps on the waist band as I had too much excess even when wearing a jacket and after filling the pack with kit etc, perhaps a personal adjustment. The pack is comfortable to wear and is strong and durable, a nice piece of kit.
